Bruce Cornblum represents homeowners and businesses. His appellate practice is in the field of civil tort litigation and insurance coverage. He has nearly fifty years trial experience, has settled hundreds of tort insurance cases with adjusters, claims supervisors and defense counsel.
Cornblum represents insureds in presenting insurance losses to their insurance companies. If the loss is denied by the insured’s insurance company, in whole or in part, he then represents the insured in a suit against the insured’s insurance company for policy benefits. He is very familiar with the insurance industry’s standard of practice based upon extensive scholarly writings, research and legal practice.
